Event storytelling.
From time to time I’m asked to attend an event and take some photos. A lot of times, these photos turn out to be some of my favorite candid shots. There is something special about aiming my lens at a busy scene and trying to artistically boil it down to as few distractions possible, so that the moment can speak for itself as the story unfolds right in front of my camera.
The gallery below showcases a few events during which I was lucky enough to take some photos. These are a few special moments that I was able to capture where the story was absolutely worth retelling. Even if you have no context for the events themselves, hopefully the photos give a glimpse into the stories and people behind these moments.
